Description

VIA’s key objectives can be summarized as follows:

To outsource the lease administration services for all active real estate agreements including the populating/management of a software solution and all necessary tracking, monitoring, execution of tasks, alerts, data management, and data updates;
To leverage a third-party lease administration software solution (i.e., provided, populated and managed by the Service Provider) that will help VIA in the management of all real estate agreements and related activities such as associating rent and obligations, tracking lease options, tracking tenant sales, providing KPIs and standardised reporting;
To have a Service Provider manage expense-based and revenue-based agreements on behalf of VIA and coordinate required activities with various VIA Finance stakeholders;
To support the Leasing function by coordinating, producing or reviewing landlord or tenant reconciliation invoicing or billing information between parties, standardizing various reports, and providing KPIs;

To improve VIA’s collection of revenues which would result in the reduction in the number of aged receivables; and,
To leverage subject matter experts and industry-leading practices and tools.
