VIA Rail is looking for a provider for Promotional Corporate Products & Employee Rewards Products, including employee rewards (small tokens of appreciation), branded items for special events or recognition moments and gifts to offer to employees celebrating career milestones.

The Tenderer must comply the the mandatory requirements in oder to submit a bid:

Official Languages

Tenderer must be able to provide services in both Canada’s official languages (English and French).

2. Deliveries The Tenderer must be able to manage orders (expeditions/deliveries to the end-user) from a website.

3. Localization

The Tenderer must have a warehouse located in Canada.

4. Availability

At least 98.5% available including time dedicated to system maintenance work.

5. Implementation

The solution must be functional for the client in 45 calendar days after the contract signature.
