MANDATORY CRITERIA:

Insurance
Proponent has the following minimal insurance coverage:

Professional Liability Insurance of [$5, 000,000]
Commercial General Liability Insurance of [$2,000,000]
Standard Owners Form Automobile Liability Insurance of [$2,000,000]

Geographic coverage
The Proponent must respond to the following criteria for the geographic coverage he wants to be qualified for :

Projects realisation (100K$ to 2M$) in the region
Professional certification in the region

Years of Experience
The Proponent must have at least 10 years of Architectural Service experience.

Size of the firm
The Proponent must have at least 100 employees working for the firm.

VIA’s Account Manager
The Proponent must provide the name of VIA’s account manager.
