Description

In order to account for an increased load with the new fleet, VIA Rail Canada would like to upgrade the capacity of an existing 480V wayside panel in one of the maintenance shops. A new feed from an electrical sub is planned combined with a new breaker and a new 480V panel.
In order to submit a tender the Tenderer must comply with the following mandatory criteria

1)Tenderer must be at the mandatory site visit as indicated in ITT.
2)The works must be substantially completed within 5 working days upon the reception of the panel which is planned on September 10th 2021.
3)Tenderer confirms his Tender complies with VIA requirements and commits to respect them during the entire project duration.
4)(A) General Contractor must have a minimum of 10 years of experience.
(B) Subcontractors must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in their related expertise of work.
5)Tenderer must provide RBQ certificate.
6)Tenderer must provide CCQ licence.
