While on the Railway property, you will be required to wear safety hats, safety glasses, reflective apparel (safety vest) and safety boots in accordance with the Railway’s regulations as stated in “Safety Guidelines for Contractors.” The potential Proponents must be present for the Safety Briefing prior to entering the VIA Right-of-Way.
