Description

VIA Revenue Management requires a pricing tool to be able to generate, amend, manage, and upload millions of fares covering various purchase and travel periods, by segment, origin, and destination. Such a system should contain built-in logic to generate and optimize logically progressing fares based on distance or other market factors and the ability to adjust fares using parameters such as percentage or dollar-value changes, but not limited to. The system must have search functionality and the ability to store fares and historical changes to such fares in a searchable database for audit purposes with build in reporting capabilities (or means to export to external reporting solution).
