Site Visit is limited to one (1) person per Vendor. Please return the form "Confirmation of Mandatory Site Visit" included in the ITT202008011 documents. As well, you will be requried to bring the Mandatory Health Check Form to the Site Visit. The form wil need to be filled out by the person attending the Site Visit.
Work boots, goggles, vests, hard hats and masks are mandatory for the site visit.
