Description

The current project will include the following high-level scope of work:
Office Building Upgrade

Replacement of the roofing system, including the replacement of all roof drains;
Replacement of all the exterior wall system with new insulated precast panels and glazed curtain walls (ballistic-proof at Police Station);
Replacement of all doors and store-front windows;
Main access points will be upgraded to comply with CSA B651;
Upgrading of all exterior lighting to LED;
New finishes for full-height canopy columns, roof fascia and underside of roof canopy; and
Seismic upgrade of the building.

Station Building Upgrade

Replacement of the roofing system, along with the addition of snow guards;
Repair, reprofiling and repainting of the Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS);
Main access points will be upgraded to comply with CSA B651; and
Upgrading of all exterior lighting to LED.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the site visit for security briefing. Please ensure you sign the attendance sheet on site.
NOTA: Site visit date scheduled for June 14th, 2020 - Attendance (max 1 person per firm) is to
be confirmed no later than June 9th, 2020 at 1:00pm Eastern Time. Upon confirmation of your
attendance, we will provide you with instructions related to applicable time assigned for the
visit and the regulations applicable to access the station under the ongoing COVID 19 protocols.
