Description

VIA is looking for one or more service providers to collect, refurbish and recycle electronic material that is no longer being used and to implement a resale system to VIA employees.

Mandatory requirements

Insurance
The Proponent must have at least following insurance coverage:

Technology errors and omissions insurance: [$2,000,000]
Commercial general liability insurance: [$2,000,000]
Automobile liability insurance: [$2,000,000]

Certification
The Proponent must be certified by the BQR or equivalent.

Geographic coverage
The Proponent must cover the Montréal, Toronto, Winnipeg and Vancouver areas.

Resale to employees
The Proponent must be able to offer and manage an integrated resale service to VIA employees, including inventory, payment and guarantees (if applicable).
