201712001 - Harcopy Archiving

The objective of the Invitation to tender (“ITT”) is to retain a service provider who will store, manage and protect VIA’s hard copy documents in a manner to ensure confidentiality, safety and security of VIA’s business records. The locations where the services are required are Montreal, Toronto, Winnipeg and Vancouver.

Tenderers must meet all mandatory requirements (see below):
- Commercial General Liability Insurance of [$5,000,000];
- To have operated in the field of hard copy archiving for a minimum period of five (5) years at the time of submission of the Proposal (please note that in the event that, during the past five (5) years, a partnership was formed or in the case of a merger between or with other firms, the number of years of experience to be indicated is the combination of the number of years of experience of each party to the partnership or merger);
