Description

VIA Rail will soon begin a refurbish project to modernize their HEP2 fleet of Coach and Business cars. Part of this modernization program includes the replacement of all potable water tanks and air reservoirs.

The objective of this Tender is to award to a qualified supplier , an order to produce, based on drawings, all tanks for one (1) prototype Coach car , twenty-two (22) Coach cars , ten (10) HEP2 Business cars and spare parts.
