Description

As part of the employee benefits program, VIA Rail is looking for one or more suppliers to provide multiple benefit services. The services to be provided are: 1) Group insurance for Life and Health/Dental, Long Term and Short Term Disability; Accidental Death and Dismemberment; 2) Group Retirement Services (Capital Accumulation Plan, Defined Contribution). The benefit plan covers VIA's executives, management and unionized employees as well as retirees.

5) Application covering all types of insurance and Group Retirement Services (Capital Accumulation Plan, Defined Contribution) - Module 1 and Module 2
