Description

Via Rail Canada uses about 200 printing equipment, in nearly 30 sites across Canada. In some of these sites, printing is critical to operations.

Through this call for tenders, Via Rail wants to partner with a provider for the management of its printing fleet, to achieve the following key objectives:
• Standardize equipment and reduce the amount of model.
• Supervise the use of the print fleet with a policy based on best practices and market-oriented specific needs of VIA RAIL.
• Generate savings through the optimization of the equipment fleet.
• Ensuring high availability of equipment, especially in critical areas.
• Establish an access control and secure communications arising from the use of printing equipment.
• Define management process to a more structured management of equipment, and future replacement of inventory
