Description

VIA requires proposals to prequalify of 2 or 3 firms to provide VIA with advice, planning, coordination and logistical support for corporate events of various kinds.

The agreement shall extend over a three (3) year initial term and comprises two (2) renewal options of twelve (12) months each that may, without restriction, be exercised by VIA.

The Request for Proposals documents and any addenda shall be available through the MERX Distribution Center.

In order to be eligible to submit a quotation, the Bidder must meet the following requirements:

The Proponent is compliant with the Insurance coverage required in Part ‘’B’’ Contract. Certificate of insurance must be provided with the proposal.
The Proponent must have been in the business of event planning for a minimum of three (3) years.

The Proponent must have executed mandates for three (3) companies comparable to VIA, with respect to its size and to the scope of its projects. Provide details of these three (3) mandates in Document 5 ‘’Qualitative Proposal’’ in response to question 6.

The Proponent must be able to provide all of its services to VIA in both of Canada’s official languages (including the services provided by the resources assigned to VIA’s account).
