Description

VIA Rail's Safety and Sustainability Department is looking for an experienced lockout, energy control methods and risk assessment company to implement a lockout program for operational equipment for its Montreal operating divisions (Mechanical & Maintenance, Train Operations), in accordance with our health, safety and environmental hazard identification procedures and registers.

Insurance - Proponent has the following minimal insurance coverage:
- Professional Liability Insurance of [$2,000,000]

- Commercial General Liability Insurance of [$2,000,000]
- All Risks insurance policy
Geographic coverage - The Proponent must be able to cover Montréal & Toronto.
Language - The Proponent must be able to provide service in both official languages (French and English)
Service - The Proponent must provide the service from Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
