VIA Rail Canada wishes to improve the travel experiences for its neurodiverse clients such as autism, severe anxiety, intellectual disabilities, and etc. In order to achieve that, VIA is looking for a digital tool (compatible with Apple iOS and Google Android) that would assist these clients with a step by step clear guidance throughout their journey, from making reservation to the arrival of destination.

To submit the quotation, the Bidder must comply all the following mandatory requirements listed below:

The bidder must be able to provide the digital tool services in both English and French;
The digital tool must be applicable on a mobile device such as a smartphone, with the operating systems such as Apple iOS and Google Android;
Must be able to finish the implementation 16 weeks after the signature of the contract;
VIA client’s personal data must not be collected;
The bidder must provide 99.0 % of availability.
