Description

VIA Rail entered into an agreement with Siemens Canada to acquire a new fleet of trainsets on its Quebec-Windsor corridor. For the period of revenue service and until the Fuel Plant construction is complete at Montreal Maintenance Center (MMC), VIA Rail is seeking a mobile service provider that will deliver Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) directly to locomotives in Montreal and, in some cases, Ottawa, in a safe and timely manner.
