Description

Deadheading between Sioux Lookout-Hornepayne. Providing air transportation for our locomotive engineers between these two (2) cities.

Tenderers must meet all mandatory requirements (see below) :

- Aviation Liability Insurance shall be effected by the Service Provider and maintained force throughout the duration of this Contract, in an amount usual for a Contract of this nature, but, in any case, for a limit of liability not less than five million dollars ($5,000,000) per accident or occurrence and including passengers.

- Tenderer must have at least two (2) crews of two (2) pilots.

- Tenderer must have at least two (2) aircrafts.

- Pilots must have required permits/qualifications in order to operate the services as requested in Appendix A – Section 2.

- Aircraft must have required certification as requested in Appendix A – Section 1.3
