In order to submit a tender, the Tenderer must comply with the following mandatory criteria:
1)  Provide proof of compliance for $5 000 000 Commercial General Liability Insurance and $5 000 000 Standard Owners From Automobile Liability Insurance
2)Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in passenger transportation
3)Must must have an hot line and provide the service 24/7
