Description

The Service Provider shall provide VIA with experienced Resources to deliver, within the first two (2) years of the three (3) year mandate, the entire “Coaching in Action” Program as adapted to the levels and needs of VIA’s managers. The entire Program described in this RFP (including any documentation, presentation or tool) must be ready to be delivered in both official languages as per VIA’s needs.

In addition, in the third (3rd) year of the three (3) year mandate, the Service Provider must be able to provide ad-hoc services (i.e., only if required by VIA) for any additional leadership training and/or support and coaching needs.
