Description

This Ottawa Station CPS672 project includes the replacement of the East and West Wing low roofs only, as the Main Concourse roof has recently been replaced in 2018 under the CPS584 project.

The intent of the project is to address identified “end-of-life” roofing membranes installed on the East and West Wing roofs that require replacement in order to protect the asset from water infiltration, thermal heat loss/penetration and repair costs as a result of the impacts of water damage.
