Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to identify a Public Relations Agency of record (PRA) to assist in the development and implementation of public relations strategies supporting VIA Rail Canada’s Strategic Plan.
VIA Rail requires qualified, experienced consultants with strong expertise in corporate communications to work with VIA staff – both nationally and/or regionally across Canada – on the strategic development and execution of public relations. The Successful Proponent will be responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting a wide variety of services.
