Description

This is a notification that the RFP is issued to BC Bid (www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca) by UVic to obtain Proposals from qualified suppliers wishing to to fulfil UVic’s furniture requirements for Student Residences buildings and to establish a three (3) year supply Agreement, with the option for additional two (2) one-year terms upon UVic’s sole discretion, with one or more suppliers for the supply and delivery of Dormitory Furnishings and related accessories. UVic is anticipating to require approximately $500,000 in value of dormitory furnishings over the next five years. However, UVic is not committing to any specific dollar expenditure during the effective dates of the Agreement.

All amendments, addenda, clarifications, and further instructions will also be posted on BC Bid. It is the Proponent's or Potential Proponent's responsibility to ensure that it has received all notices relating to this RFP.
