Description

This RFP is issued by the University of Victoria (UVic) to obtain Proposals from qualified consultant teams with extensive experience in conducting comprehensive planning, design, financial and market analysis to support a successful rezoning of the properties. The University District Master Plan and Design Guidelines will provide a vision, design principles, master plan and financial analysis to support the development of a new mixed-use University District at the University of Victoria.
