Description

The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for gas fireplace inserts replacements at one of its residential locations. The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on March 8th at 10:00 A.M. EST at 246 Rockcliffe Road, Rockcliffe Park, ON K1M 0G1. Please submit name of company and personnel attending the onsite meeting in writing by email to ContractsOttawa@state.gov by Thursday March 7th, 2019.
Electronic quotations may be submitted by email with “Quotation 19CA5219Q0011 Attached” reference in the subject line to the following email address ContractsOttawa@state.gov on or before 4:00 P.M. EST on March 14, 2019 which is one day prior to the printed proposal due date. No electronic proposals will be accepted after this time.
The vendor shall furnish all items required as listed in the pricing and detailed requirements section of this RFQ. A copy of the RFQ can be obtained by visiting our website https://ca.usembassy.gov/embassy-consulates/ottawa/procurement/
