Additional Bidding Instructions

A site visit will be held on February 26, 2019, 10:00 A.M. at the U.S. Embassy Ottawa, 490 Sussex Drive Ottawa. All prospective offerors will be invited to attend. For additional information or to arrange for access to the building, please contact Mark Pawlikowski at 613-688-5366 or John Lawson at 613-688-5256 on or February 22, 2019 and provide the names of all individuals planning to attend the site visit.

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (Sysyem for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at the above web address.
