The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a proposal for the Elevator Maintenance Services. A site visit and pre-proposal conference will be held on Tuesday April 14, 2020, 10:00AM. at U.S. Embassy Ottawa, 490 Sussex Drive Ottawa, ON K1N 1G8, and all prospective offerors will be invited to attend. For additional information or arrange for access to the building please contact Mark Pawlikowski at 613-688-5366 Email: PawlikowskiM@state.gov or Rebecca Park 613-688-5195 Email: ParkRJ@state.gov before 12:00 noon on April 09, 2020 and provide the names of all individuals planning to attend the conference.

Written proposals must be submitted on or before 4:00 P.M. EST on May 15, 2020. No Written proposals will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelope to the below address:

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at the above web address.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
