DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The Department of Psychology at the University of Toronto Scarborough requires a laser scanning confocal fluorescence microscope system. The laser scanning confocal fluorescence microscope system is optimized for optical sectioning of thick fixed tissue that will provide high spatial resolution fluorescence imaging of neural tissue containing multiple fluorophores at cellular and subcellular levels.
