This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by Facilities Management, University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto (the “University”) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of 500 BHP Capacity Low Volume Steam Boiler or Boilers Package as further described in Part 2 – The Deliverables (the “Deliverables”).

Duration of Agreement:

At the end of the evaluation process, the University of Toronto Scarborough may identify one or more proponents with whom it wishes to enter into negotiations, by written notification.
