DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for X-ray Absorption Spectroscopy System
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:

Delivery, Installation and Testing 10 Points
Training Requirements 15 Points
Warranty and Maintenance 10 Points
Experience and Qualifications 5 Points
Financial Evaluation 20 Points
Total 100 Points
