Description:
The Department of Biochemistry requires a Wide-Field Inverted Fluorescence Microscope System for use in imaging live yeast cells in microfluidic devices over time spans of both long (24h and more) and short (minutes) duration.
The equipment should be able to perform rapid image acquisitions with high optical resolution and a large field of view. Outstanding focus drift correction and accuracy in XY positioning during long-term imaging experiments are critical.

Time-Frame for Delivery/Duration of Agreement:
The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year. It is anticipated that the Agreement will be executed on or around October 2018.
