DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Virtual Campus Tours System.
The Office of University Admissions and Outreach, Office of Student Recruitment intends to acquire one (1) Virtual Campus Tours System. The Proponent should propose the Solution as a Service (SaaS) solution model that should be intuitive for users, easy-to-use for University staff, and available on both desktop and mobile devices.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.
ADDRESS AND FINAL DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS
Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Monday, November 28, 2022 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONTRACT DETAILS
The term is two (2) years with option to extend for an additional three (3) periods of up to one (1) year each.
