Description:

The University requires one (1) or more Proponents provide the Deliverables described in the Categories below and may submit Proposals for one or more Categories. Proponents should bid on all line items within a Category unless stated otherwise.
The procurement is modular given various equipment needs, and consists of a number of categories and line items as follows:
Category 1: GPU Workstations

Scientific GPU Workstations – Configuration 1
Scientific GPU Workstations – Configuration 2

Category 2: GPU compute Servers – Configuration 1
Category 3: GPU compute Servers – Configuration 2
Category 4: Multipurpose Servers
Category 5: CPU Servers

Category 7: Network switches

Category 8: Racks, PDUs, Network cables

Note: Each Category can be bid on separately, and the evaluation and award will take place on a per-Category basis.

Chapter 9 of the Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement
Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between Canada and the European Union

Time-Frame for Delivery/Duration of Agreement[3]:
Delivery by Jan 31, 2018, with a strong preference (partial or complete system) for earlier delivery (negotiable).

Negotiation:
At the end of the evaluation process, the University of Toronto may identify one or more suppliers with whom it wishes to enter into negotiations, by written notification.

Electronic Auction:
The process does not involve an electronic auction.
