DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Roof Rehabilitation-Residential Building No.095 . The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

CONTRACT DETAILS
Term (1) year (the “Term”)
Estimated Commencement date: January 4, 2024
Estimated Completion: January 4, 2025
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 30 out of 50 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
