DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFSQ for Real Estate Brokerage Services
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/41381 on or before Wednesday, June 09, 2021 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation: N/A

This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):

The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

CONTRACT DETAILS
Five (5) years

PREQUALIFICATION
The University intends to select at least 3 qualified suppliers for the purposes of establishing a qualified supplier list (“QSL”). The period of validity of the QSL is 5 years. The University also anticipates the QSL will be expanded by 1 additional supplier every year.

The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:

Suppliers should note that information contained within this notice is subject to change. Suppliers are encouraged to obtain the procurement documents which contain the most current information.
