DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFSQ for Promotional Products – Indigenous Suppliers
The intent of the RFSQ is to create a list of Qualified Suppliers who are Indigenous or promote Indigenous businesses for promotional items, when needed. The University considers an Indigenous business to be 50% Indigenous: meaning at least 50% Indigenous ancestry.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

ADDRESS AND FINAL DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS
Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Monday, December 11, 2023 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation: Not Applicable

CONTRACT DETAILS
5 years with annual refresh

PREQUALIFICATION
The University intends to add supplier[s] to a qualified supplier list (“QSL”). The period of validity of the QSL is 5 years. Future requests for supplier qualification with respect to the QSL will be published on an annual basis.

The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:

Suppliers should note that information contained within this notice is subject to change. Suppliers are encouraged to obtain the procurement documents which contain the most current information. If there is a conflict between the procurement documents and this notice, the procurement documents will take precedence.
Suppliers should also note that only suppliers prequalified will receive further notices of procurement related to the subsequent procurement process.
