DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Polanyi Nobel Display Services. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS

The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

CONTRACT DETAILS
one (1) year contract (the “Term”).
Estimated commencement date: Jan 2023
Substantial Completion: Jan 2024
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 48.75 out of 75 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
