DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Pest Control Services – St. George Campus . The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9
CONTRACT DETAILS
Five (5) years contract (the “Term”) including:
Estimated commencement date: July 1, 2021
Estimated Substantial Completion: June 31, 2024
with an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional terms of a one (1) year term.
Note: Due to Covid-19 the University reserves the right to reschedule the start date.
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 70 out of 100 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
