DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Peer-to-Peer Recognition Platform.

The University is to seek a contract with a supplier who can provide an online platform solution that will provide following deliverables:

Act as a central hub for informal and formal recognition programming at the University of Toronto with an easy to use, engaging interface.
Administrative dashboard for managing points allocation, reporting requirements, and award nominations.
Multiple administrator user roles available with varying access to dashboard tools including building award nomination forms and / or points allocation.
Support the delivery and administration of central peer-to-peer informal recognition program through appreciation and milestone acknowledgement e-cards that are intuitive to draft and send.
Support the delivery and administration of institutional and divisional formal (awards) recognition programs through individual and team award nomination submissions and prize allocation via a digital store.
Provide an online catalogue with a wide range of items for purchase using a points system. Points can be allocated for some of the formal award prizes, or by managers.

The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Friday, May 26, 2023 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONTRACT DETAILS
The term of Agreement is intended to be for a period of five (5) years with an option to extend for two (2) additional terms of up to one (1) year each
