Description

The University is interested in expanding its transcript services to include issuance of transcripts as PDFs to third parties (e.g., other institutions, professional associations, employers, and students); as well, the University is considering adding additional content/functionality to the PDF transcript at a future time.
From a service perspective the University would prefer if students ordered a PDF transcript via its own on-line service website. This would allow students to send multiple transcripts to different recipients using a variety of delivery methods in the same order. It would also allow students to pay via credit card or by having the charge added to their student account.
To this end, the university invites the submission of bids for the secure exchange of student and alumnus transcripts in PDF format.
