DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Orientation Camp for Rotman School of Management
The Rotman School of Management (Rotman) hosts a new student orientation for all incoming MBA students in August of each year. The incoming classes include approximately 275 Full-Time MBA and 150 Extended MBA (Morning and Evening) students. Historically the two programs have hosted separate academic and social orientation activities however, our goal moving forward is to strengthen the connection in the community both within and across the MBA student populations and as such, we would like to offer a camp experience for FT MBA and Extended MBA populations. This experience may offer students an opportunity to build bonds and relationships within both the FT and Extended MBA program. Through providing this opportunity to build connections and have fun, it is hoped this will lay the foundation for a great MBA experience.
We would like the camp experience to be held over three days from August 29 – 31, 2025. We are looking for a camp that will offer accommodation, meals and trained professional staff to execute all the camp activities and manage the camp experience on behalf of Rotman.
Incoming students, orientation volunteers, staff and instructors would be invited to attend the experience.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated
