DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for High-throughput Automated Phenomics Platform
The Bontrager Lab in the Department of Ecology and Evolution at the University of Toronto, with support from the Canadian Foundation for Innovation and the Ontario Research Fund, is looking to obtain eight reach-in plant growth chambers. These growth chambers will be used to measure plant responses to variation in temperature and light conditions with the aim of understanding and anticipating the effects of global change on non-model plant species. The chambers will be housed in the Growth Facility located in the Earth Science Centre on the University of Toronto St. George campus.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.
