DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for McLennan Secondary Unit Substation. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 42 out of 70 for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
