Description:
The University is looking to contract with a firm (Proponent) to provide management and execution of an integrated direct response Annual and Leadership Giving program. The successful Proponent will work in collaboration with the Annual and Leadership Giving team on the four (4) main donor campaigns and the University’s acquisition campaign:

An annual donor renewal campaign in the Fall which includes two (2) mailings plus email and digital (i.e. advertising)and telephone support (target : 35,000 people) ;
A special appeal in the Spring which includes one (1) mailing plus email and digital (i.e. social media posts and advertising)and telephone support (target : 25,000 people);
A quarterly renewal program for Leadership Annual Giving which includes two (2) mailings plus email and telephone support; (target : 10,000 people);and
An acquisition campaign for Annual and Leadership Annual Giving that uses best practices for delivery of message and includes mailing, telefund, email and digital (i.e. social media posts and advertising) support.(target : 30,000 people);

Time-Frame for Delivery/Duration of Agreement[1]:
The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3 with an option in favour of the University to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional terms of up to one (1) year each.

Negotiation:
At the end of the evaluation process, the University of Toronto may identify one or more suppliers with whom it wishes to enter into negotiations, by written notification.
