DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Locate Services for Underground Utilities . The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9
CONTRACT DETAILS
Term (3) years (the “Term”)
Estimated Commencement date: September 1, 2023
Estimated Completion: September 1, 2026
with an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional terms of a one (1) year ( each a” Renewal Term”).
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 32.5 out of 50 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
