DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFSQ for Local Moving Services
;
The intent of this RFSQ is to create a list of Qualified Suppliers to provide relocation and local moving services. These services may include but not be limited to the following:

Consultation – consultation services for moving support;
Management – physical movement of goods, logistics, shipment tracking, coordination and communication;
Packing and Unpacking Services –packing and unpacking of items at destination;
Equipment Rentals – rental of dollies if used for an extended period of time; machinery, cranes or other equipment needed to move lab equipment, etc.; and
Storage – storage of furniture, fixtures or equipment in a warehouse for an extended period of time.

The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Monday, January 09, 2023 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONTRACT DETAILS
Term is 3 years

PREQUALIFICATION
The University intends to select up to three (3) qualified suppliers for the purposes of establishing a qualified supplier list (“QSL”). The period of validity of the QSL is three (3) years.

The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:
