DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Lighting Upgrade Project-Sidney Smith Hall 100 St. George. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/19640 on or before January 21, 2019 2:00:00 p.m. local time. The submissions will not be opened publicly.
 
CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9
 
CONTRACT DETAILS
Six (6) months contract (the “Term”).
Estimated commencement date: within two ( 2) weeks of Contract award  
Substantial Completion: within three (3) months of Contract award
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 39 out of 60 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
