DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Laboratory Instruments Refresh
The Teachings Labs at the Dept of Electrical & Computer Engineering of University of Toronto is seeking 65 sets of modern lab instruments for the Laboratory Instruments Refresh project.
The Edward S. Rogers Sr. Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering (ECE) has a vision to update and refresh its teaching labs which targets improving students experience in the lab environment, with the installation of modern lab instrumentation and implementing modern pedagogical methods.
New instruments with interconnect and computer interconnectivity, would provide an opportunity for the teaching staff to explore new pedagogical methods of delivery such as exploring the possibility of project-based labs and virtual labs.
The Proponent should provide the entire 65 sets of the instruments including the services as a package listed under the Schedule D part 2 Financial Submission.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Thursday, July 13, 2023 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONTRACT DETAILS
The term of Agreement is intended to be for a period of five (5) years including the first year of warranty period and following four (4) years of extended warranty
