DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for International Mailing Services
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Two (2) year base term with option to extend for three (3) additional terms of one (1) year each.
