DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Image Sensors Fabrication Services
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Manufacturing 30 Points
Services 15 Points
Financial 25 Points
Total 100 Points
